Welcoming you back safely

The world has been a crazy place over the past year for all of us and we are now very much looking forward to welcoming you back to Fishtank. As we’re all getting used to the ‘new normal’ we are approaching it a little differently. We are excited to see you and we want to let you know what we are doing in the tank to keep our staff and clients safe before even setting foot in the building. We are continuously following and adapting to government guidelines and we will tailor our approach as and when necessary to minimise the risk of spread of Covid-19. With things slowly returning back to normal, we are excited to relax some of our restrictions as the government now encourages.

In the tank

We have been working very hard to create a safe environment for both our clients and staff and we are lucky enough to have a spacious studio in which we can retain a 1-2 metre distance easily when preferred by our clients.

For additional protection we have erected glass safety screens between all desks, positioned hands-free sanitising stations throughout the office building and have protective face masks available on arrival.

Increased daily cleaning will also be carried out throughout the building in all high use areas and antibacterial wipes and sprays will also be situated throughout the building for regular use.

Staff Guidelines

Our team are all following strict protocols to help reduce transmission of the virus by following the steps below:

1. In the event of a staff member feeling unwell or someone in their household showing virus symptoms, they will be required to stay at home
2. Developing any symptoms of Coronavirus during the working day, staff will be sent home immediately (temperature, a new continuous cough, loss of taste or smell)
3. Hand washing is encouraged frequently for the recommended 20 seconds with soap
4. Application of hand sanitiser is required when entering any new area
5. Social distance by 1 metre when possible will be applied, and we will limit closer contact to small amounts of time (less than 15 minutes)
6. Personal area cleaning will be carried out with antibacterial spray or wipes on a daily basis
7. All bins will be emptied regularly
8. All shared appliances will be cleaned after use
9. All staff are given the choice to wear a face mask or covering provided
10. We will all be considerate and respectful of co-workers and visitors

What you can expect when visiting the tank

You are sure to see many changes on arrival at our office, however, we don’t want this to deter you from feeling welcome here. At Fishtank we all agree that the greatest loss we have faced from working at home is being able to catch up, face to face, with our lovely clients, but with the governments latest announcement that is all soon to change as restrictions are lifted on the 19th July, yay!

Even though restrictions are lifting, we are still going to make sure all our clients feel comfortable when welcomed back to the office.
For those of you who have visited our studio in the past will know, we make it our mission to make you feel welcome and comfortable in our space. We want to continue to provide the same level of ease, however, we must adapt to the current climate and ensure safety is the utmost priority.

All of our meetings will take place in a larger, well ventilated and equipped meeting room which you will receive directions for prior to arrival. This ensures social distancing can be achieved at a minimum of a 1 metre. The meeting room is located within our building and it will be cleaned thoroughly before and after use.

We want to make the transition to returning to work as easy as possible and we are very excited to welcome you all back to our tank… we have definitely missed you!
